Why is a bright part of the scene such as a spotlight discolored if i-PRO camera is shot a scene with fixing the angle of view?

When the iris of lens in a camera is opened and a camera is shooting a bright light source
such as a spotlight continuously,
the color filter of the CMOS image sensor becomes deteriorated
and a bright part of the scene can be discolored.

Turn off power and change the angle of view from time to time in order to reducing
the degree of the discoloration in the case of no use.
